To add an item that you want to check daily, follow the steps below.

Select [Settings] - [Go Out Item Settings] - the [+] button at the bottom right.
Select an icon.
Enter the Item Name.
Select the ✔ at the top right.

To add an item that you want to check only on specific days, follow the steps below.

Select [Calendar] - the [+] button at the bottom right.
Select an icon.
Enter the Item Name.
Select "Go Out Check" for Type.
Select the ✔ at the top right.
